Hall Usage
The Banquet Hall at the Tampa Elks Club at 3616 Gandy Blvd in South Tampa (33611) accommodates up to 200 (125-150 if a large dance floor is needed), and it is within easy access throughout the Tampa Bay area. We have an executive Chef who offers delicious and very affordable/excellent catering services, and a full bar with cut-rate cocktails. Our Hall and Catering Services are usually considerably less expensive than other halls within the area. We pride ourselves in the many references/referrals from satisfied customers and our 5 star rating on many of the popular wedding websites. Our rates are customized to the number of guests and type of event, but we are flexible with working with most budgets. Not only do we usually beat the price of other event halls, you will definitely get more for your money and excellent customer service from the Tampa Elks Club. In addition, part of the proceeds from the Banquet/Event Hall will go towards our many charitable programs for the youth and veterans within our community. The hall has a large multi-colored lighted disco ball and lazer lights for dance parties, and a small stage can be setup for a band or DJ, with plenty of room for a dance floor. There is a private bar in the hall, and our bartender will take good care of your guests. We also provide event planning services which include entertainment options, photography services, floral arrangements, wedding and special occasion cakes, etc. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted. For elegant events, we can also supply white linen tablecloths for $8-$12 (half or floor length) per table and white linen napkins for $.50 per seat, white chair covers for $1.50 per seat, and Organza or Satin Chair Sashes ($1.50-$2.00 per seat) and Table Runners ($5.00-$6.00 per table) can be supplied in your theme colors. We specialize in “Themed” Parties and can coordinate decorations with the host of the event. Helium Balloons matching your color scheme or décor, can be supplied at $.50 per balloon. Beautiful center pieces with submerged fresh flowers in two glass vases and floating candle placed on mirror tiles surrounded by votive candles can be provided for $15 per table. Wall curtains with a waterfall of twinkling lights soften the room and add a wonderful ambience for $150. We have a very special wedding package for $6000 which includes an Elegantly Decorated Hall in your theme colors (linens, chair covers, runners, chair sashes, etc.), Delicious two entree Full Buffet dinner with cocktail hour Hors d’oeuvres, Open Bar, Champagne Toast, Professional DJ entertainment, Beautiful 2-3 tier Wedding Cake, Photographer (engagement & wedding/reception photos), and Fresh Flower Centerpieces for up to 100 guests.
(see hall usage/cleanup fees below) We are very flexible in allowing the host of the event to decorate the hall as desired. Several hours for pre-event decorating is allowed at no additional charge. |

* Deposit is non-refundable if there are any damages or event is canceled within 30 days of the event.
The Deposit will be applied toward total charges.
The total amount is due two weeks prior to the event and must be paid by cash, credit card or money order.
You will be responsible for the conduct and safety of your guests.
Events can be scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, based on availability.
