Tampa Elks Lodge No. 708 has a long tradition of supporting local charities that make a real difference in the lives of our neighbors — veterans, students, families, and those in need.
Our charitable programs touch every corner of Tampa Bay. Below are the organizations and causes Tampa #708 actively supports.
It is Tampa Lodge's tradition to hold three or more events for children each year with an emphasis on inviting the underprivileged. The Elks are the largest volunteer drug awareness program in the United States. See Drug Awareness & Youth Activities for more information.
Tampa Elks support the "Stand Down for Vets" program, which supplies clothing, toiletries, haircuts, and food for homeless veterans. We also provide monthly dinners, bingo games, and regular visits from Lodge members to veterans in our community.
